The Official Shop of the PWHL is committed to fan satisfaction; if you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange unworn and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your registered email address.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the provided packing slip inside the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
